About our Trainers
Amanda Johnson, Director of Career Development, has mentored many agents to help them develop sales skills, achieve their production goals and launch their Real Estate careers.
Success Center Training is a three-week, intensified course designed to teach skill-building ideas and assist agents in implementing those skills in their day-to-day Real Estate transactions. Agents are asked to commit four days a week to mornings of education in general Real Estate tools and Coldwell Banker programs, and afternoons putting these concepts into practical application in our on-site computer lab.
Amanda’s background is rooted in marketing and promotion, and she brings that insight and expertise to each class with a strong focus on personal branding, effective prospecting, client communication and knowledge of the business basics that spell success out of the box. She feels that before an agent is employed to market a client’s property, he or she must first market themselves to stand out from the crowd, and to find and develop the relationships that turn into employment contracts with sellers and buyers. It is her goal to see each and every new agent leave training fully invested with a strong understanding of Coldwell Banker’s specific tools, essential Real Estate systems, and the confidence to pursue the daily activities that result in continued success in the business.
The Sales Associates appreciate the continued mentoring that doesn’t stop at the end of their three-week Success Center Training. Amanda serves as a source of advice and information for as long as an agent feels the need for support. Her training is light and fun; her philosophy is that as the fun level amplifies, the learning curve increases.
Before joining Coldwell Banker United, Realtors here in Houston, Amanda served as a booking consultant for the Baltimore, MD, Pier Six Inner Harbor concert pavilion, and the Director of Advertising and Promotion at Merriweather Post Pavillion amphitheater in the Baltimore/Washington DC market
